Is served in that glass. Look at that glass. It’s epic. Teapot to scale.

Is that not a wine carafe?
![]() 04/27/2016 at 10:11 |

Yea, but how big is the teapot? I need a banana for scale.

But how big is the banana? I need a pickle for scale.

That’s what I was gonna say.

How big is the Opel Kadett? I need a Bob Lutz for scale.

That’s called a “carafe”.

I don't think I've ever seen one used for wine. They seem to be water and orange juice containers of choice in restaurants in this country.

Already heard the word years ago, but this is the first time I’ve seen one.

Lol they ran out of normal glasses and gave you a wine carafe.

How big is Bob Lutz? I need Wee Man for scale.
![]() 04/27/2016 at 10:33 |

No, my aunt ordered buco pandan smoothie and it was served in the same container.
![]() 04/27/2016 at 10:47 |

haha really? I mean I have seen them used for water, juice, etc... especially in nice restaurants, but much more often for wine.
![]() 04/27/2016 at 10:54 |

Around here they pour wine from bottles and practically everything else from carafes. Water, juice, soda... Anything brought out to tables to pour, except wine.
It's like people don't trust wine without a label on the bottle.

Yea its funny the nice restaurants that use the carafes for water and juice never use them for wine. I usually see them filled with wine at peoples houses/cheaper restaurants.
![]() 04/27/2016 at 11:22 |

It seems like “cheaper” around here serves no wine, while nicer is the norm...

Technically, this is a Kadett B, but you get the idea. (Also, Lutz is a big dude.)
